Contract Term: 3 Years (Full-Time)
Core Job Details
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office-based), No overtime
Teaching Load: 25 classes/week, 45 minutes per class
Salary & Benefits (Before Tax)
Monthly Salary: 22,000 - 25,000 RMB (based on qualifications and experience)

Paid Holidays: 50 days of fully paid summer & winter vacations annually

Requirements
Nationality: Native English speaker (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland)
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Experience: 1-2 years of teaching experience (international kindergarten/school background preferred)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus
Competencies:
Passion for early childhood education and love for children
Strong classroom management and interactive teaching skills
Good communication with parents and teamwork spirit
Compliance with Chinese education regulations and school policies
