Job Description:

Join our team at La-orutis Demonstration School in Bangkok, Thailand! We are looking for passionate Native English-Speaking Teachers to fill Kindergarten and Primary Teaching Positions. La-orutis Demonstration School is a model institution in Bangkok that emphasizes student-centered learning and educational innovation. We aim to help children reach their full potential with joy and confidence in a supportive learning environment.

Position Details:
- Open to candidates currently in Thailand only
- Male or female candidates, ages 25–50
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or an education-related field

Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary from 47,000 THB per month, based on experience (finalized after a demo lesson and interview)
- Additional 3,000 THB per month housing allowance (after 3-month probation)
- Extra pay for after-school clubs (3:30–4:30 p.m.)
- 12-month contract
- Social Security (SSO) included

⚠️ Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies get paid by the schools - not by taking money from you. If you’re not sure how they make money, just ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
