Job Description:

Lertlah School in Bangkok, Thailand is seeking passionate and experienced Kindergarten and Primary Teachers to join our team. We offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment and are looking for candidates with native English fluency who are enthusiastic team players. The start dates for these positions are immediate and January 5, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and assessments aligned with curriculum goals.
- Set and achieve student goals.
- Utilize a variety of resources and activities to instruct students.
- Conduct both formal and informal performance assessments promptly.
- Maintain an organized and respectful classroom environment that fosters creativity and learning.
- Create instructional materials beyond standard textbooks.
- Participate actively in school community events.
- Adhere to and promote school-wide policies.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in education, teaching, or a related field is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience working with young children.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience and compassion for young children's needs and emotions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Efficient time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general teaching technology.

The minimum salary offered is ฿40,000 per month, with compensation commensurate with education and experience.
