Lertlah Schools in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced teachers to join our team for kindergarten positions. The salary ranges from ฿40,000 to ฿52,000 per month, depending on education and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating and planning engaging lessons suitable for the age and skill level of students
- Planning lessons and assessments aligned with curriculum outcomes
- Setting and working towards goals with students
- Using a variety of resources and activities to instruct students
- Assessing student performance both formally and informally in a timely manner
- Maintaining an organized classroom that encourages creativity, respect, and learning, using age-appropriate management techniques
- Developing instructional materials beyond textbooks
- Participating actively in school community and events
- Adhering to and promoting school policies
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in education, teaching, or a related field is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience working with young children
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Patience and compassion for young children's needs and emotions
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general teaching technology
