💡 About the Role:
Empower inclusive education with the Finnish Three-Tier Support System at Finnway International School Phuket. As the Learning Support Lead Teacher (SEN), you will play a crucial role in ensuring all students receive the necessary support to thrive.

🔹 Your Responsibilities:
✅ Implement the Finnish Three-Tier Support System for students with special educational needs.
✅ Develop individualized learning plans and pedagogical strategies in collaboration with teachers, parents, and assistants.
✅ Conduct assessments, observations, and interventions for students with additional learning needs.
✅ Coordinate with external specialists to provide essential student support.
✅ Lead the Student Welfare Group to ensure student well-being and inclusion.
✅ Provide training for staff on best practices in supporting students with SEN.
✅ Maintain accurate records of students' progress and interventions.
✅ Organize workshops to enhance the SEN program at Finnway International School.
