TSI International School, located at the Wongwianyai Campus in Bangkok, is seeking dedicated Learning Support Teachers to join our team starting in August 2026. We offer a competitive salary starting at least ฿40,000 per month for full-time positions.
As a Learning Support Teacher, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with English as an Additional Language (EAL), Literacy, Mathematics, and Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your responsibilities will include providing targeted interventions, offering in-class support, and collaborating with teachers and families to ensure student success.
Ideal candidates should have experience working with EAL and/or SEN students and a solid understanding of the UK Curriculum. You should be confident in delivering differentiated interventions in Literacy and Mathematics and be familiar with structured phonics programs like Jolly Phonics. We are looking for individuals who are collaborative, adaptable, well-organized, and excellent communicators committed to inclusive education and continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress
- Plan and deliver personalized interventions
- Provide support through small-group, one-to-one, and in-class assistance
- Write and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Individual Behaviour Support Plans (IBSPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, leaders, and parents
- Support whole-school inclusion initiatives and parent workshops
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Education or a recognized teaching qualification
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Familiarity with the UK Curriculum is preferred
- Experience in Learning Support, EAL, or SEN is highly desirable
Contract Details:
- 2-year contract from 1st August 2026 to 31st July 2028
