I Can Read System (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking dedicated Literacy and EFL Teachers for both full-time and part-time positions in Bangkok and various regional locations. We are a well-established multinational organization specializing in teaching English literacy and skills to young learners aged 3–12 years. Our curriculum focuses on literacy, phonological awareness, and general English skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Classes consist of up to 10 students, and we provide comprehensive training, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
**Job Roles and Requirements:**
We are seeking native English speakers from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland, and South Africa. Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours)
- Clear speech with a universally understandable accent
- Experience in teaching or working with children
**Full-Time Position:**
- Work Schedule: 5 days per week, including 3 weekdays from 13:00 to 19:00 and weekends from 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary: THB 48,000+ per month
- Contract Term: 24 months
- Benefits: Training and contract completion bonuses, visa and work permit support, social security, medical coverage, and ongoing professional development
- Locations: Central Pinklao, Central Salaya, Crystal Park (Ladprao District), Fashion Island, Surin
- Full-time Relief Teachers must be willing to travel around the Bangkok Metropolitan Region
**Part-Time Position:**
- Work Schedule: Weekends from 9:00 to 18:00, with 4+ teaching hours
- Salary: Up to THB 600 per hour, based on qualifications and performance
- Contract Term: 24 months
- Benefits: Annual bonus of THB 100 per class taught, training bonus
- Locations: Central Westgate (Sunday), Crystal Park (Saturday or Sunday), Future Park Rangsit (Saturday or Sunday), Rayong (Friday, Saturday)
- Part-time Relief Teachers must be willing to travel around the Bangkok Metropolitan Region
