Job Description:

I Can Read System (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking full-time and part-time Literacy/EFL Teachers to join our team in Bangkok. As a globally recognized learning organization, we have been operating for over 20 years with more than 20 centers in Thailand, and we are planning further expansion. Our focus is on teaching English literacy skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, using the specialized I Can Read System. Classes are conducted with up to 10 students aged 3-12 years, and we provide training along with all necessary lesson plans and materials.

We are looking for native speakers from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, and South Africa who meet the following criteria:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours)
- Clear speech with a universally understandable accent
- Experience teaching or working with children

Full-time positions require working five days per week, including three weekdays (13:00-19:00) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday from 9:00-18:00), with two consecutive weekdays off. The 24-month contract offers a salary of at least THB 48,000 per month (subject to adjustments based on location, experience, and qualifications), training and contract completion bonuses, visa and work permit assistance, and social security and medical coverage. Locations include Mega Bangna, The Paseo Ramkhamhaeng, Fashion Island, Central Westgate, and Central Salaya.

Part-time positions involve working weekends (9:00-18:00) with a minimum of 4 teaching hours and potential weekday cover work (15:30-19:00). The 24-month contract offers an hourly rate of THB 500-600, a class incentive bonus of THB 100, and a training bonus. We are specifically looking for part-time teachers for Central Westgate (Sundays) and Future Park Rangsit (Saturday or Sunday).

Applicants must complete a 5-day training program in Bangkok before starting. Positions are usually available immediately or within one month of completing the training.
