Job Description:

1. Develop and deliver engaging math lessons for students of various grade levels, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and learning objectives.
2. Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies to address diverse learning styles, including visual aids, hands-on activities, and technology-based tools.
3. Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, homework, and projects.
4. Provide constructive feedback to students to promote improvement and deepen understanding of mathematical concepts.
5. Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
6. Establish clear behavioral expectations and effectively manage student behavior to maximize learning time.
7. Offer additional support to students who may be struggling with mathematical concepts through one-on-one or small group sessions.
8. Encourage student participation, foster a growth mindset, and help students build confidence in their math abilities.
9. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and adapt the math curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of all students.
10. Integrate real-world applications of math to make lessons relevant and interesting.
11. Regularly communicate with homeroom and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and progress.
