Lertlah School Nawamin in Bangkok is seeking a Middle School English Teacher for grades 7 to 9, starting on August 24, 2026. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced teachers who are native English speakers and eager to join our team. The role offers a minimum salary of ฿40,000 per month, with potential increases based on education and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
- Design lessons and assessments in line with curriculum outcomes.
- Set and work towards educational goals with students.
- Utilize various resources and activities to instruct students.
- Conduct both formal and informal performance assessments in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and creative classroom environment that fosters respect and learning, using appropriate management techniques.
- Develop instructional materials beyond standard textbooks.
- Actively participate in school events and community activities.
- Adhere to and promote school-wide and administrative policies.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in education, teaching, or a related field is preferred; however, a bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience working with young children is essential.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Patience and compassion towards young children's needs and emotions.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general teaching technology.
