We are seeking a Montessori Guide (Teacher) to join Earl Montessori, where we prioritize a child-centered learning environment focused on each child's development. Our locations are in Nakhon Pathom and Muang Mai, and we are urgently hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Guide children through Montessori-based learning activities
- Observe and support the developmental progress of each child
- Prepare engaging learning materials and create a supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with the educational team
Qualifications:
- Preferably have a background in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with children, with Montessori experience considered a plus
- Must be patient, responsible, and passionate about child development
- Open to both Native English Speakers (NES) and Non-Native English Speakers (NNES)

Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
