Earl Montessori is seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Native English-Speaking Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Pattaya.
The ideal candidate will create a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children, encouraging their natural curiosity, independence, creativity, and love of learning through Montessori principles and age-appropriate activities.
Salary: THB 35,000–45,000 per month
(Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
Location: Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand
Position: 1 vacancy
Expected Start Date: To be discussed
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree holder (a degree in Education or Early Childhood Education is preferred)
- Previous teaching experience with young children is an advantage
- Passionate, patient, caring, and responsible
- Able to create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Female candidates only
Candidates with any of the following qualifications will receive special consideration:
- Montessori certification
- Phonics certification
- TEFL / TESOL / TEYL certification
- In-house First Aid and CPR training
- In-house Montessori training
- In-house Phonics training
