The hagwon I subbed at for 1 month is looking for a native English teacher, starting at the beginning of October! They also have a full-time position available, if you are interested, please see my other post.
This is a position with an hourly rate and the contract period is flexible, starting from 1 month. You can negotiate your desired contract period with the hagwon.
Contract information
Hagwon name: EG Edu 이지어학원
Location: Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do (평촌학원가), 20 min from Seoul
Start Date: Beginning of October 2023
Salary: 34,000-35,000KRW per hour
Working days/hours: Monday-Friday, classes run between 4pm-10pm, approx 20 teaching hours per week. Exact schedule and start/finish times are to be finalised. You would just come in when you have your classes and are free to leave when they are finished. The hagwon only asks that you arrive 30 minutes before your first class begins.
Student level: Elementary and middle school
Housing: Can be provided, depending on interview.
Due to not being a full-time contract, severance, NHI and pension, paid annual leave 11days/year, visa sponsorship are not available (but may be open to negotiation)
Qualifications required: from a native English-speaking country and holds a degree. 교포 are welcome to apply!

I've found this to be a great place to work, I would stay if I didn't have a long-term job lined up already. There is no micro-management, no bad vibes in the office, boss and co-workers have been very kind, there is total freedom in lesson planning. I have really enjoyed my time here.
