Hysan Education is seeking a Native English Speaker to join our team in Bangkok as an English Language Teacher. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions with competitive salaries based on teaching quality and qualifications.
Position Options:
1. Full-Time NES Teacher
- Base Salary: Up to 60,000 THB per month
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including 25 contact teaching hours
- Schedule: Includes teaching on weekends and four weekdays
- Contract: 1-year with potential for a KPI bonus
2. Part-Time NES Teacher
- Base Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 THB per month
- Teaching Hours: 12 contact teaching hours per week
- Schedule: Includes teaching on weekends
- Contract: 6-month or 1-year
Responsibilities:
- Teach various English courses including General English, Business English, and IELTS.
- Design and conduct engaging lessons that promote Active, Authentic, and Applicable learning.
- Lead interest-based clubs, enhancing language use in real-life contexts.
- Collaborate with Course In-Charge teachers to monitor student progress.
- Conduct placement interviews and evaluate student performance through projects and tests.
- Foster a positive learning environment supporting community learning.
- Engage in professional development and campus activities.
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or South Africa.
- Minimum 3 years of ESL teaching experience.
- Hold a CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certificate.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preference for Education or TESOL).
- Ability to teach adolescents and adults.
- Energetic, patient, and passionate about teaching.
- Open to adapting to local culture and working in a multicultural setting.
