AEP Institute is seeking a Native English-speaking Teacher for Kids to join our team in Rangsit, Pathum Thani. Our institute is a dynamic and professional English language school that provides a supportive environment with Western management. We offer small class sizes, a comprehensive ready-made curriculum, and full training for new teachers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes for children (K1-P6) using our provided curriculum and materials.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and staff when necessary.
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment that encourages student participation.
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Possession of CELTA, TEFL, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Position Details:
- Salary: At least 60,000 THB per month.
- Annual bonus of 50,000 THB upon successful completion of a one-year contract.
- Quarterly bonuses based on company performance.
- 10 days of paid vacation per year (after a 3-month probation period) plus all Thai public holidays.
- Visa and work permit provided and paid for by the company.
- Work schedule is 5 days per week, including weekends, with contact hours up to 5 on weekdays and 7 on weekends.
