Job Opportunity: NES English Teacher (IELTS Specialist)

Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit in Bangkok is seeking a qualified and dedicated English teacher to join our team. We have a strong preference for candidates with a background in Linguistics or related fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching IELTS preparation courses and must have proven experience in IELTS instruction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective IELTS lessons, including developing complete course syllabi.
- Equip students with the skills and strategies needed to succeed in the IELTS exam for higher education pathways.
- Maintain a well-organized, respectful, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Professionally communicate with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in and support school-wide events and activities.
- Check class attendance, monitor participation, and grade assessments accurately.

What We Offer:
- Starting salary: 55,000 THB per month
- Housing allowance: 10,000 THB per month
- Meals provided: Breakfast and lunch

Required Documents:
Applicants must submit the following:
- A personally prepared and detailed résumé (not a downloaded job-site template)
- Documents/evidence of proven experience in IELTS instruction
- PGCE, iPGCE, or teaching license (if applicable)
- Copies of bachelor’s and/or master’s degree certificates and transcripts
- At least one letter of recommendation
- A recent photograph

Qualifications:
- Open to any nationality (Native English speakers will receive special consideration)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, English, Education, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in teaching IELTS courses
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, empathetic, proactive, and capable of problem-solving
