AEP Institute, situated in the Rangsit Klong 3 area of Pathum Thani, is seeking a Native English-Speaking (NES) English Teacher for a full-time position. We are a small, professional language tutorial school offering a supportive and dynamic work environment managed by western leadership. Our institution provides full training, small class sizes, and a pre-prepared curriculum. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual ready to make a positive impact on students of all ages, ranging from kindergarten to adults.
Our location offers the convenience of being close enough to Bangkok for easy travel, while also benefiting from lower housing costs due to its distance from the city center. As part of our team, you will be valued for your contributions and enjoy the benefit of not having to take work home.
Position Details:
- Salary: At least 60,000 THB per month.
- Additional 50,000 THB annual bonus upon completion of a one-year contract.
- Eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on company performance.
- 10 days of annual leave after a 3-month probation period, plus Thai public holidays.
- Company-sponsored visa and work permit.
- Workweek consists of 5 days, including weekends.
- Teaching hours are up to 5 per day on weekdays and 7 on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and enjoyable lessons using provided materials and curriculum.
- Offer feedback on student progress to students, parents, and staff as needed.
- Foster a positive, relaxed, and safe classroom environment to encourage student participation.
Qualifications:
- Must be a native English speaker.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and CELTA or equivalent.
