Job Description:

Saint Joseph Muang Ake School is seeking Native English-Speaking Homeroom Teachers for Kindergarten (K1–K3) and Primary 1 classes in the Rangsit area, Pathum Thani. This full-time position is available immediately and is a direct hire by the school.

Our educational programs aim to provide young learners with meaningful daily exposure to native English, focusing on pronunciation, listening skills, and building confidence through consistent interaction.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Native English Speakers only
- Must hold a passport from the USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand

Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 46,000 THB per month for Kindergarten, 43,000 THB for Global Primary 1-6
- A small, refundable security deposit is deducted during the 90-day probation period
- 12-month contract covering all months
- Employment Continuity Bonus: 1,250 THB per month, paid in full at contract completion
- End-of-Contract Bonus: 10,000 to 40,000 THB based on service and performance
- Fully covered work permit
- Annual salary increase of 2–3%, performance-based
- Paid school breaks: 14-30 days in April, 2 weeks in October, and 9 days at Christmas
- Paid Thai public holidays
- Health and accident insurance after probation
- Housing assistance and airport pickup services for teachers coming directly from abroad

Position Details:
- Level: Kindergarten K1–K3 and Grade 1 (Primary)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:15–16:15
- Teaching Load: 13–18 periods per week, with a maximum of 20
- Homeroom-based with one assigned classroom
- Co-teaching with a Thai teacher
- Opportunities for additional income through extra classes

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the homeroom teacher for a Kindergarten class
- Teach core subjects in English
- Collaborate with a Thai co-teacher
- Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Support student routines, behavior, and emotional development
- Participate in meetings, school activities, and assigned duties

Required Qualifications:
- Female Native English Speaker preferred
- Kindergarten teaching experience required
- Experience teaching multiple subjects in English
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, PGCEi, or equivalent recognized teaching qualification
- Patient, caring, and professional

Additional Notes:
- 60-90 day probation period
- Participation in up to 5 school events per year, which may include weekends
- Visa and work permit support provided
