Saint Joseph Muang Ake School in Pathum Thani is seeking a Native English-speaking Homeroom Teacher for Kindergarten levels K1 to K3. We are looking to fill one position starting in March and the remaining positions starting on April 20. This is a direct-hire opportunity with our school.
Our Kindergarten program emphasizes providing young learners with daily meaningful exposure to native English. We aim to enhance students' pronunciation, listening skills, and confidence through consistent interaction.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Native English speakers only (female candidates preferred).
- Applicants must hold a passport from the USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.

Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 46,000 THB per month.
- A small, refundable security deposit is deducted during the 90-day probation period.
- 12-month contract with payment for all months.
- Employment Continuity Bonus: 1,250 THB per month, accumulated and paid in full upon contract completion.
- End-of-Contract Bonus: Ranges from 10,000 to 40,000 THB based on service and performance.
- Work permit fully covered by the school.
- Guaranteed annual salary increase of 2–3%, based on performance.
- Paid school breaks after the probation period: 30 days in April, 2 weeks in October, approximately 10 days at Christmas, and all Thai public holidays.
- Health and accident insurance after probation.
- Morning and evening shuttles at specific locations.
- Housing assistance available near a university area.
Position Details:
- Level: Kindergarten K1–K3.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:15 to 16:15.
- Teaching Load: Normal load is 13–15 periods per week, with a maximum of 20 periods per week.
- Homeroom-based teaching in one assigned classroom with a Thai co-teacher.
- Opportunity to teach extra classes for additional income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the homeroom teacher for a Kindergarten class.
- Teach core subjects in English.
- Collaborate with a Thai co-teacher.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support student routines, behavior, and emotional development.
- Participate in meetings, school activities, and assigned duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Female Native English Speaker preferred (eligible passport required).
- Experience teaching Kindergarten and multiple subjects in English.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, PGCEi, or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Patient, caring, and professional demeanor.
Additional Notes:
- 60-day probation period.
- Participation in up to 5 school events per year, which may include weekends.
