MIS International School Pattaya is seeking a Native English Speaker for the position of Preschool Teacher. The school is located in Chon Buri and offers a competitive salary of at least ฿80,000 per month, with the potential for higher pay based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position.
**Qualifications:**
- A degree in Education
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience
**Instructional Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement engaging instructional plans aligned with curricular outcomes.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Utilize knowledge of child development and cognitive theory in lesson planning.
- Stay informed about current trends in pedagogy and content area resources.
- Integrate technology into instruction and maintain lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Use a variety of activities tailored to curricular outcomes and student learning styles.
- Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum and unit planning in line with the school’s mission.
- Communicate with the management team on the evaluation and procurement of educational materials.
- Engage in professional growth activities based on research.
**Classroom Management:**
- Cultivate a respectful and communicative classroom environment.
- Establish a culture of learning.
- Manage student behavior according to school policy and student handbook guidelines.
- Implement effective routines and procedures for an organized learning environment.
**Assessment:**
- Use criteria and standards that align with instructional goals for assessment.
- Inform students and parents about assessment expectations in advance.
- Encourage student progress and maintain accurate achievement records.
- Use assessment as a learning tool.
**Additional Expectations:**
- Demonstrate commitment to the school’s values and philosophy.
- Collaborate productively with teachers, administrators, and parents on teaching and learning issues.
