Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced General English Speaking Tutors to join our team and teach international students in small group settings. Each tutor will lead 45 minute lessons, 1-4 hours a week, focusing on improving students' speaking skills and overall English communication. Topics will be provided along with vocabulary words on our own online Scholege platform. Training will be provided for the platform before October.
Key Responsibilities:
ā Teach General English speaking skills to groups of international students.
ā Conduct interactive, engaging, and student-centered lessons according to the topic and vocabulary words given.
ā Tailor lessons to meet the needs of students with varying proficiency levels.
ā Maintain a supportive and motivating online learning environment.
Requirements:
ā Native English speaker.
ā Proven experience in teaching English to non-native speakers.
ā Ability to teach students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
ā Availability to teach between 5 PM and 9 PM TRT time (Turkey Time).
ā Comfortable with remote teaching platforms and online tools.
ā Passion for education and student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
ā Experience teaching English in a group setting.
ā Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and approaches to language learning.
Compensation:
ā $18 - $25 USD per hour, based on experience.

ā 2025-2026 Academic School Year (October)
