Overview
We are looking for passionate and reliable online English teachers to join our growing global team. You will teach English lessons to both children and adults using our interactive courseware.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Teach 1-on-1 online English classes to students aged 3–18 years old
2. Use provided lesson materials
3. Each class is 25 minutes
4. Peak Teaching hours: Evenings and weekends (6:00–9:30 PM Beijing Time on weekdays and whole day on weekends)
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education or English-related major is a plus)
2. Neutral accent preferred
3. Good communication and teaching skills
4. Teaching certificate required. (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA)
5. Must be able to teach at least 4 days and 14 hours per week
6. Be able to commit to a long-term teaching position (one year or longer)

3. Payment is made on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s work. It usually takes 7–10 days to reach your account, so you can expect to receive it before the 25th.

Availability Requirements
* Be available 4–6 days per week, with at least 14 fixed hours during peak time (6:00pm–9:30pm, Beijing Time), Monday to Sunday. Weekend availability is preferred.
* Each working day should include at least 4 consecutive time slots.
* If you are only available for 4 days per week, at least one of those days must fall on a weekend.
* Teachers may choose to open:
* 4:00pm–10:00pm (BJT) on weekdays, or
* 2:00pm–10:00pm (BJT) on weekends.
Technical Requirements
* Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 30 Mbps download)
* Computer with Intel Core i5 or above
* CPU benchmark score of 4000+

📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in China: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. However, schools in China can still hire teachers from other countries as subject teachers or teaching assistants and managers.
