Job Description:
At Dolphin Online (Houhai English) you'll be teaching young learners from 6 to 16 years old.
We hope you can create and develop a fun, positive, and challenging learning atmosphere to help students cultivate skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
-Teaching pre-teens and teens online (REQUIRED to relocate to Beijing)
-Create an engaging and challenging learning environment
-Help students improve skills in areas such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking
-Teach with a curriculum based on National Geographic Learning series books for young learners
-A maximum class size of 10 students
Benefits:
-¥10,000 to ¥27,500 (Base salary is ¥10,000 with 30 contract hours (Employees will be allowed to take on hours beyond 30 hours and be paid at an hourly rate of ¥350 on top of their salary))

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree required
-A TEFL/CELTA/DELTA/TESOL or other teaching certification
-Due to China's visa regulations, the applicant MUST be a native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland
-1 year of relevant teaching experience preferred
-A clean criminal record check
-Professional, positive, and culturally aware
-Energetic, friendly, and hard-working
