Full-time：40 hours per week：Teach an average of 10 blocks per week (2.5 hours per block), scheduled on weekdays, evenings, or weekends
Part-time ：Each subject will be 2 months, 2 classes per week, each classes will be 2.5 hours Compensation : 1000-1500 USD （or you could let us your expectation）

Job Summary
We are seeking qualified full-time instructors to join our SMOA Program. You will deliver high-quality online instruction, develop courses, and fulfill teaching duties in line with our academic schedule. Occasional on-site teaching in Beijing may be required for visa compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments
Maintain professional instruction and student engagement in an online learning environment
Complete additional assigned duties if weekly teaching blocks fall below 10
Adhere to all company policies, academic standards, and contractual obligations
Protect all company confidential information and intellectual property
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant area or above
Professional expertise in the relevant subject area (AP English / AP History / Math / Science)
Proven teaching skills and experience in online instruction
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
Ability to work 40 hours per week and follow the school schedule
Compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws
No concurrent teaching at other schools or online platforms during the contract term
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation： $3,800 – $4,000 monthly USD （Full-time）
Earned Sick Leave: Up to 40 hours (5 days) per year （full time teachers only）
Earned PTO in accordance with the following policy:（full time teachers only）
3 months after the introduction period full time employees will begin earning PTO accruals at the rate of 15 days (120 hours) per year . Accruals are earned on a bi-weekly basis.
When an employee reaches their 5th year of employment, at 60 months, they will begin earning PTO accruals at the rate of 20 days (160 hours) per year. Accruals are earned on a bi-weekly basis.
When an employee reaches their 10th year of employment, at 120 months, they will begin earning PTO accruals at the rate of 25 days or 200 hours per year. Accruals are earned on a bi-weekly basis.
