The AUA Language Center, established in 1952 at Saranrom Palace by the American University Alumni Association under royal patronage and with support from the American Embassy, has been a cornerstone of English language education in Thailand. Over the years, it has facilitated the English learning journey of over 1.8 million Thais nationwide.
We are currently seeking part-time native English-speaking teachers who are passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated to join our corporate training team. Successful candidates will teach both onsite corporate courses in Rayong and online classes. Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree and a TEFL certificate.
Teaching Responsibilities:
- Focus on business and workplace communication skills
- Conduct in-company training sessions tailored to client needs
- Provide small group or one-on-one instruction in corporate settings
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preference for education-related fields)
- English teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ teaching experience, preferably with adults or in corporate settings
- Familiarity with the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach
- Proficiency in teaching and learning technology
- Ability to travel to assigned areas in Chonburi and surrounding industrial estates
- Owning a car and driving license is an asset
- Strong commitment to teaching
Terms of Employment:
- Yearly contract
- Competitive compensation
- Travel allowance provided based on client location
Compensation Details:
- ฿42,000 for the first 60 hours
- ฿700 per hour for additional hours beyond 60
