Job Description:

American Eagle Institute in Taipei's Daan District is looking for a part-time English substitute teacher for the period from May 7 to June 30, 2026.

Position Details:

- The teacher on leave is in need of a replacement.

- The role requires 20 hours per week, with specific schedules:

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 13:30–16:00 (Grade K class)

- Monday to Friday: 16:30–18:30 (Grade 4 class)

- The pay rate is NT$700–750 per hour.

Requirements:

- Seeking a native English speaker from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or Singapore

- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)

- Minimum of one year of experience teaching young and advanced learners

- Should be passionate about teaching, with diverse experience and a strong track record of fostering a student-centered curriculum and encouraging creativity

- Warm, caring, and dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for young children
