Job Description:

Prom School is currently looking for a part-time English teacher for K.2, G.1, G.2 & G.3 to start immediately. The school, established in 1990, is a private kindergarten and primary school situated on Latkrabang Road, Bangkok. It provides a fun, friendly, and secure learning environment for approximately 380 students, aiming to nurture them into creative, enthusiastic, and self-reliant lifelong learners.

Teaching at Prom School involves being part of a leading Intensive English Program (IEP) school in the Latkrabang district. The school's curriculum emphasizes daily English lessons from K.1 to Grade 6, with recent enhancements including Math and Science instruction in English. Classes typically range from 24 to 32 students, supported by up to two Thai teachers.

Qualifications:

For Native English Speaking teachers:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a minimum of 1-year teaching experience in Thailand

- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate preferred

- Age between 22-50 years old and currently residing in Thailand

- Positive attitude, eager for self-improvement

- Passion for singing and creating hands-on classroom materials

For Non-Native English Speaking teachers:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields with at least 1-year English teaching experience in Thailand

- English language proficiency (TOEIC score 800, TOEFL IBT 79, or IELTS 6.5)

- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate required

- Age between 22-50 years old and currently residing in Thailand

- Positive attitude, eager for self-improvement

- Passion for singing and creating hands-on classroom materials

Remuneration:

- 500 baht per 50-minute class period

- Successful candidates may teach 4-6 classes per day, earning 2,000 – 3,000 baht daily
