Mr. Tim's Learning Land in Bangkok is seeking part-time Phonics and Reading Comprehension Teachers. We offer a modern approach to language education, delivering high-quality synthetic phonics programs from the UK to Thai and International school children. Our goal is to enhance children's pronunciation, reading, and writing skills.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team, working under the guidance of qualified UK Primary Teachers. Successful candidates will be trained in synthetic phonics teaching and the UK National Curriculum.
Positions are available for teaching on either Saturdays or Sundays, with work hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The initial salary is 4,000 THB per day for four classes, increasing to 4,500 THB per day after the first year.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English speaker, preferably from the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
2. A verifiable university degree.
3. At least one year of experience teaching primary school children.
4. A Criminal Records Check from your country of origin.
5. A genuine desire to teach and pursue professionalism and excellence.
6. Ability and willingness to use ICT in the classroom (all classrooms are equipped with large touch screens or IWBs).
