Mr. Tim's Learning Land in Bangkok is seeking Part-Time Phonics and Reading Teachers. We offer various part-time positions at our branches throughout the city.
Learning Land School of Phonics is a modern language school that provides high-quality synthetic phonics programs from the UK to Thai and international school children, aiming to enhance their pronunciation, reading, and writing skills. Under the guidance of fully qualified UK Primary Teachers, we seek bright, highly motivated individuals to be trained in all aspects of synthetic phonics teaching and the UK National Curriculum.
The positions involve teaching on either Saturdays or Sundays, with a working schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The starting salary is 4,000 THB per day for four classes, increasing to 4,500 THB per day after the first year.
Qualifications required:
1. Fluent English speaker, preferably from the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
2. A verifiable university degree.
3. At least one year of experience teaching primary-aged school children.
4. A criminal records check from your home country.
5. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to professionalism and excellence.
6. A willingness to use ICT in the classroom, as all classrooms are equipped with large touch screens or IWBs.
