Milestone Institute, a highly respected academy in South Korea with roots dating back over 20 years in Daechi, Gangnam district, is currently seeking passionate teachers.
Our core curriculum focuses on Reading and Writing using American textbooks, novels, and nonfiction content. We maintain small class sizes with a maximum of 6 students to ensure teachers can provide individual attention and care, fostering strong student-teacher relationships.

**Qualifications:**
- Native or Gyopo
- BA, MA/Certified Teacher/Debate Teacher/English major preferred
- Dedicated, Enthusiastic, Professional, Passionate, Responsible
- Outgoing, Adaptive, Creative Personality
- Ability to challenge and encourage students to reach their potential
- Minimum 1-year teaching experience preferred, or new teachers with a sense of duty and cooperation
- Must have all required documents (Apostilled FBI background check, Apostilled diploma from a 4-year accredited university)
**Salary:**
Negotiable based on experience
Housing or Housing Stipend Provided
Severance pay per successful contract year
Special allowance for Intensive courses
On-time and full payment guaranteed
**School Conditions:**
- Class size: 6 students/1 class
- Teaching Level: Elementary School Students 1st~6th Grade
- Teaching Hours: PM 02:30 - PM 09:30(M/T/W/TH), PM 02:30 - PM 7:30(F)
- Class Prep Hours: PM 01:30 - PM 02:20(M~F)
