Balance International School Suratthani is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our team. We are a growing Cambridge International School located in Southern Thailand, focusing on academic excellence, holistic development, and instilling a love for learning in our students.
As a PE Teacher, you will work with primary and lower secondary students, fostering a love for sports and fitness, promoting healthy lifestyles, and encouraging teamwork, resilience, and school spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging PE lessons for primary and lower secondary students based on the Cambridge curriculum.
- Organize and lead sports activities, inter-house competitions, and after-school clubs.
- Encourage students' physical, social, and emotional development through sports and teamwork.
- Participate in whole-school events such as Sports Day and inter-school tournaments.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Physical Education or a related field (teaching qualification preferred).
- Experience teaching PE in an international or bilingual school setting is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of various sports and physical fitness activities.
- Passion for inspiring students to maintain active, balanced, and healthy lifestyles.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic international team.
