Job Description:

RC International School in Bangkok is seeking a Playgroup Facilitator & Admissions Support staff member for our new Ruam Rudee Playgroup, catering to children aged 6 months to 3 years. This is a hybrid role that combines leading playgroup sessions and providing admissions support. The position is contract-based with consideration for full-time employment and offers a monthly salary of THB 20,000. The start date is immediate, within two weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct weekly playgroup sessions including circle time, story reading, free play, and closing activities for toddlers and their guardians.
- Respond to parent inquiries via phone, Facebook Messenger, and email in a warm and timely manner.
- Occasionally assist with school tours for prospective families; training will be provided.
- Build genuine relationships with playgroup families, encouraging future school enrollment.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in roles such as childcare, teaching, or early childhood education.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Thai, with strong skills in reading, writing, and typing.
- Warm, approachable, and good with people, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, capable of representing the school to parents.
- Strong written communication skills in both English and Thai, with good grammar.
- Proficient in using technology, including tools like ChatGPT or Claude.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Certification in early childhood education.
- Ability to play a musical instrument, which could enhance playgroup sessions.
