Job Description:

RBIS International School in Bangkok is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Playgroup Leader to join our expanding Early Years team. As our Nursery and Playgroup numbers grow, we need an additional staff member to support this exciting stage of development.

This is a part-time, half-day role with working days determined on a weekly basis according to enrollment needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our Playgroup provision and will actively contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging play-based sessions for very young children.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support children's early development through both structured and free play activities.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Actively promote and help expand the Playgroup within the school community.
- Manage their own classroom and learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Early Years and the wider team.

Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent English speaker.
- Experienced in working with babies and toddlers.
- Background in teaching or supporting young children.
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic.
- Organized, flexible, and proactive.
- Confident in promoting and marketing the Playgroup provision.

Working Hours:
- Half-day role.
- Days confirmed weekly.
- Term-time only (no work during school holidays).
