Earl Montessori School in Nakhon Pathom is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Kindergarten teachers for three immediate openings at its Nakorn Pathom and Muengmai, Chonburi branches. We are looking for native English speakers who can foster a warm and engaging learning environment for young children. These positions are based at the Baan Nirati Nakhon Pathom campus near Central Pattana and the Chonburi location.
Teachers will be part of the Early Years team, responsible for using Montessori methods to support each child’s natural development and love of learning. This approach emphasizes hands-on learning and individual pacing, ideal for children in their formative years. A passion for early childhood education and an understanding of child-centered pedagogy are essential.
The monthly salary ranges from 25,000 to 50,000 Baht, depending on experience and qualifications, with room for negotiation for the right candidate. In addition to the base salary, the school provides in-house training in Montessori and phonics methods, as well as CPR and first aid training.
Applicants must be native English speakers with at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in education or early childhood development. Only female candidates will be considered. While not mandatory, holding a teaching certificate such as Montessori, Phonics, or TEFL is a strong advantage and will receive special consideration.
