We are seeking a Foreign Homeroom Teacher for Preschool/Kindergarten at Lillipods, located at St. Catherine Kindergarten in Pathum Thani. Our preschool integrates the Finnish educare philosophy with Thai early childhood curriculum, creating a bilingual Thai-English environment centered around play-based learning.
Position: Preschool Teacher
Location: Pathum Thani, Thailand
Start Date: April 2026
Working Hours: School hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with teaching hours approximately 18 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a preschool classroom.
- Teaching English phonics, basic math, and speaking skills suitable for kindergarten students.
- Implementing Finnish-inspired play-based learning.
- Collaborating with Thai teachers in a co-teaching model.
- Supporting children's language, social, and emotional development.
- Participating in Lillipods training.
Salary:
- 45,000 THB per month for candidates with an Education degree.
- 40,000 to 42,000 THB per month for candidates without an Education degree, depending on experience.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent English speakers with an ESL/TESOL or Education degree and at least two years of experience with young learners or preschool children. A passion for play-based, child-centered learning, along with an energetic, patient, and positive attitude, is essential.
