Job Description:

Primary English Teacher (Philippine Nationality)

Location: Amphoe Mueang, Lampang Province

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Primary English Teacher for a direct hire position on an annual contract basis, with the school term commencing on May 18, 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and teaching 15-20 hours of lessons weekly, caring for children throughout the school day, assisting in the preparation and execution of school activities such as sports days, holiday celebrations, and field trips, and attending both monthly staff meetings and weekly department meetings. The regular working hours are from 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding meetings and school activities.

Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university, with a preference for those with a degree in primary education.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience, licenses, and certifications.
- Additional consideration will be given for relevant licenses and certifications such as TESOL or TEFL.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary ranges from 22,000 to 25,000 THB per month, depending on teaching experience and qualifications.
- Additional compensation is provided for teaching during the summer course.
- Social security contributions of 875 THB will be deducted from each paycheck, which provides free care at a large regional hospital near the school.
- Visa and work permit assistance, including help with paperwork and transport to local offices for visa renewal, work permit, and social security registration.
- Housing assistance available for nearby accommodations if desired.
- Annual paid leave of 10 days.
- Sick leave is available as needed, with a doctor's note required.
