Job Description:

ISP International School Phuket is seeking dedicated educators for the 2026–2027 academic year. As an Eco School, ISP is committed to sustainability and developing students into responsible global citizens through hands-on learning and environmental awareness. We are expanding our academic team and looking for qualified, passionate, and student-centered teachers to join our supportive and diverse community.

Available Positions:
- Primary Homeroom Teacher
- Teaching Assistants (Early Years & Primary)

Talent Pool Positions:
- Secondary Teachers (English, Science, Mathematics, Social Studies/ICT)
- Specialist Teachers (PE, Music, Art)

Applicants for the talent pool will be considered for future vacancies throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching license or international teaching qualification preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in international or bilingual schools is an advantage
- Genuine passion for student development, sustainability, and a collaborative school culture

Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
