Job Description:

Finnway International School Phuket is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant international community in Phuket, Thailand. We are looking for an educator who thrives on student-centered teaching, project-based learning (PBL), and innovative educational practices.

Start Date: October 2025

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English, Math, Science, and Project-Based Learning (PBL) utilizing engaging and hands-on methods.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse student needs and abilities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
- Incorporate technology, active learning, and real-world applications into lessons.
- Collaborate with specialist teachers to develop cross-curricular experiences.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Establish strong home-school partnerships through effective communication with parents.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
- Native English speaker.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching primary-aged students.

- Experience with Finnish or international curricula is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
