- Teach English, Math, Science, and Project-Based Learning (PBL) using engaging strategies.
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse student needs.
- Create a positive and well-structured classroom environment.
- Incorporate technology, active learning, and real-world connections into lessons.
- Collaborate with specialist teachers for cross-curricular experiences.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Establish strong home-school partnerships through effective communication.

💼 Who We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or related field
🔹 Native English speaker
🔹 Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Primary-aged students
🔹 Passion for inquiry-based and differentiated learning
🔹 Experience with Finnish or international curricula (preferred)
🔹 Strong team player who enjoys collaboration
