Job Description:

Horizon International Bilingual School (HCM) is seeking a Primary Homeroom Teacher for the 2025-2026 Academic year.

Responsibilities:
- Develop unit plans, lesson plans, and resources aligning with curriculum standards and student needs.
- Support academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Assign homework, prepare and grade assessments, provide feedback.
- Utilize technology tools and school platforms effectively.
- Address learning gaps through interventions and differentiated instruction.
- Organize classroom events, field trips, and co-curricular activities.
- Establish strong parent relationships for student support.
- Update student progress, behavior, and activities regularly.
- Conduct student-led and parent-teacher conferences.
- Conduct home visits annually to strengthen school-family partnerships.
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson plans and best practices.
- Engage in professional development, staff meetings, and school events.
- Participate in performance appraisals and reflective teaching.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Primary Education.
- Pedagogical training certificate preferred.
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in primary English subjects.
- Experience with Primary Cambridge curriculum preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native English speaker.
