Join Finnway International School in Phuket as a Primary Homeroom Teacher starting in August 2026. We are an international school inspired by Finnish education, dedicated to providing meaningful, student-centered learning experiences. We prioritize student well-being and real-world connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach core subjects, including English, Math, Science, History, and Project-Based Learning (PBL).
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and support student progress.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate with parents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching primary-aged students.
- Strong classroom management skills and understanding of child development.
- Commitment to student-centered, inquiry-based, and differentiated learning approaches.
- Reflective, collaborative, and committed to continuous professional development.
- Experience in an international school or familiarity with an international or Finnish-inspired curriculum is preferred.
