Job Description:

Hei Schools Phuket is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Lead Teachers for Grades 1 to 4. This full-time position offers a salary of at least ฿82,000 per month. We are looking for candidates who are committed to providing high-quality education that promotes inquiry, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding in a collaborative and multicultural environment.

Ideal candidates should:
- Understand and align with the International Baccalaureate (IB) mission, learner profile, and teaching approaches.
- Be committed to personal growth and development through ongoing reflection and self-awareness.
- Be willing to share expertise, exchange ideas, and engage in collaborative problem-solving with colleagues.
- Be skilled in collaboratively developing and communicating a shared vision for teaching and learning that aligns with the school's mission and values.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children aged 6 to 10 years old.
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- A recognised teaching qualification such as BEd., PGCE, iPGCE, or equivalent.
- Fluent English speaker, either native or with an IELTS Academic score of 7 in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
