Job Description

1.Plan and teach well structured, differentiated lessons for the following subjects; phonics, English, guided reading, math, science and drama;
2.Contribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum for All-subjects;
3.Contribute to the active, co-curricular program;
4.Help design and implement Project Based Learning, 21st Century Skills, and Multi-cultural Week for students of different ages;
5.Enhance literacy in students; help students with special literary talents move far in this area by recommending opportunities to them and possibly offering extra tutorials;
6.Support the school’s commitment to the 4C skills of communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity in teaching and working with colleagues;
7.Promote cross-cultural understanding among faculty and students;
8.Participate actively in curricular work, curricular writing, and professional development within the curriculum group and the faculty at large;
9.Enter attendance records and grading data frequently into Xiaobao and keep parents up to date with student’s progress;
10.Care for all students in class and actively report concerns and accolades regarding students’ progress in class;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above (discipline related degree required);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.At least three years of previous teaching experience required;
5.Teaching certificate required;



Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 30,000 to 40,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications (housing allowance included in salary package);
2.Housing Allowance:
For Single -- 3,000 RMB per month
For Married -- 5,000 RMB per month
3.Work visa provided;
4.Standard insurance provided;
5.Physical Examination: Once per year;
6.Annually Performance Bonus: 0% to 200% of monthly salary;
7.Training Fund: Up to 20,000 RMB per year;
8.Uniform Allowance: 1,000 RMB per year;
9.Relocation Fee:
Within China -- 5,000 RMB
Outside China -- 15,000 RMB
10.All three Meals provided during workdays;
11.Loyalty Bonus:
2 years -- 20,000 RMB
5 years -- 50,000 RMB
10 years – 100,000 RMB.
12.Free Study Trip: Once per year;
