We are looking for native English speakers who will take a fun and innovative approach to teaching kids in Taiwan.Our vision and goal is to have students be active learners in the classroom.
Teachers are encouraged to create a student-centered and activity-based learning environment in which they can enjoy learning and have plenty of time to read, expand, and explore everything they are curious about from the books.• What we offer o Salary is competitive and in proportion to qualifications and experience, ranging from 68,000-85,000 NT per month, including performance bonus, attendance bonuso Completion Bonus, Re-signing Bonus, and Yearly Increase based on performanceo National Health Insurance. o Holidays and overtime are calculated according to the Labor Standards Act of Taiwano Well-organized, coherent teaching materialso Supportive academic mentors and IT technicianso ARC and work permit provided if neededo Reliable pay and good job securityo Training providedo Small classes with no more than 20 students per class to ensure quality education• What you will need o Native English speakero minimum 2-year English/math/science teaching experienceo Patience and energyo Creative communication skillso Able to teach Grade 1-6 Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science• Job Responsibilities o Organize classroom lessons and courseworko Prepare materials and activitieso Assign homework and interesting exerciseso Recommend books to studentso Identify students with special requirements and create individualized reading planso Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavioro Manage classroom crises and resolve conflicto Inform parents about their children’s performanceo Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
