Job Description:

Montfort College Primary School in Chiang Mai is seeking two full-time teachers for the 2026 academic year: one Science Teacher and one Mathematics Teacher for the lower primary level. These positions will commence in August 2026 and provide an opportunity to teach in a supportive educational environment.

The school invites applications from native English speakers who are citizens of the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. We are looking for enthusiastic educators who are dedicated to teaching young learners and committed to delivering high-quality instruction.

Teachers will be responsible for approximately 20 teaching periods each week, with a maximum of 30 students per class. Each class will have the support of a Thai co-teacher to facilitate effective classroom management and collaborative lesson delivery. The position is on a renewable 12-month contract.

Successful candidates will receive a starting salary of 40,000 THB per month. The school offers annual performance-based salary increases, an annual bonus, complimentary school lunches, organized teacher excursions, and health insurance benefits.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in education, a related field, or the humanities. A TEFL or TESOL qualification is preferred, and previous teaching experience, particularly in Thailand, is advantageous.

Candidates should be comfortable using computers and educational software to enhance learning and support student engagement. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a team are highly valued.
