We are seeking passionate and dedicated ESL English teachers to join our dynamic team. As an ESL teacher at EduPass, you will help non-native speakers develop their English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons for students of various proficiency levels
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence
Use diverse teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles
Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, and class participation
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills
Monitor individual student performance and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience
Stay updated with the latest ESL teaching techniques and methodologies


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education or Linguistics)
TEFL/TESOL certification if the Bachelor's degree is not in Education or Linguistics
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to adjust teaching methods according to individual needs
Strong organizational skills to manage time and resources effectively
