One Hope International School in Chiang Rai is seeking a Receptionist & Admissions Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position at our Mae Sai campus, where you will play a crucial role in managing the front office and supporting admissions and enrollment efforts. As a key representative of the school, you will welcome parents, students, and visitors, manage communications, and ensure smooth operational flow. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding prospective families through the application process, assisting with student assessments, and maintaining student records. You will also support parent relations, event coordination, and adherence to school policies.
Candidates must be international, possess strong English communication skills, and have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Education, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields. Experience in customer service, administration, or a school environment is preferred. The role requires organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a multicultural setting.
