GLOW Lingual Co., Ltd is seeking qualified Native English Speaking (NES) teachers for part-time online English classes. Our innovative school, designed by a team of educators, emphasizes Holistic English development through engaging and active learning for students aged 3-18.
Position Details:
- Title: Remote Part-time Online English Teacher
- Location: Online / Work from Home
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Contract Duration: 6 months
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging, student-centered English lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize various teaching tools, props, and techniques to enhance learning.
- Offer constructive feedback to support student progress.
- Monitor and assess student development, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative teaching materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year ESL teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with online teaching platforms
Teaching Environment Requirements:
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Computer/laptop with camera
- Headset with microphone
- Bright lighting
- Quiet, distraction-free environment
- Clean and professional background
- Preparation of teaching props, such as flash cards and dolls
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: 450 THB to 580 THB per hour, based on experience and qualifications
