PROGRAM MANAGER
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Program Manager (PM) for a military contract based in Saudi Arabia. PM must be able to manage the American English Language program and its contracted employees; answerable to the Saudi military officials and contracting partners.
Requirements:

1. PM must demonstrate successful completion of 24 semester hours in relevant post-secondary education courses.
2. Relevant experience speaking English and Arabic in a work environment.
3. Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources (e.g., cost and software data reporting, Earned Value Management (EVM), etc.)
4. Or demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years experience within the past 10, working as a Program Manager.
5. The PM shall conduct formal evaluations of instructors twice a year, at a minimum, using the Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC)’s Instructor Performance Evaluation Rubric (IPER).
6. The Program Manager shall ensure adherence to the DLIELC’s standards.
7. Must be an American or British national.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE INSTRUCTOR
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced English Language Instructor (ELI) for a military contract based in Saudi Arabia across various locations within the Kingdom. The ELI delivers instruction to Saudi Military Students (SMSs) in American English Language. The English Language Instructor will be responsible for communicating course requirements, objective and content to ensure training success.
Requirements:

1. BA or MA degree in one of the following areas:

English (not Literature)
Education
Linguistics
Applied Linguistics
TESOL or ESL/EFL

2. Minimum one year of bona fide and documented experience teaching English as a second/foreign language to adult students.

Package:

1.  A Tax Free salary of $72,000 per annum, monthly salary: $5500 – $6000 (20,625SR – 22,500SR)

TESTING CONTROL OFFICER (TCO)
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Testing Control Officer (TCO) for a military contract based in Saudi Arabia. TCO must be able to manage testing of Saudi Military Students (SMSs) language proficiency and the testing Labs and programs. 
Requirements:

1. Possess a 4-year degree that includes or is supplemented by a major study in English as a Second Language (ESL), English as a Foreign Language (EFL), Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). The 4-year degree must be conferred by an institution accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. 
2. Or demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years’ experience within the past 5, working as a testing administrator for an English language program. 
3. The Testing Control Officer shall ensure that all testing practices and curriculum meets the Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC)’s standards.
4. Must be a native speaker of American English.
5. Capable of acting as a classroom instructor if necessary.
6. TCO must be an American or British national. 

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Information Technology Technician for a military contract based in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:

1. Must be able to support all technical requirements for program support.
2. Possess technical knowledge on all programs used by the contractor for instruction, exercises, and testing.
3. Be able to provide troubleshooting for hardware issues for computers, smart screens, server stacks, and audio testing equipment.
4. Must speak basic English and basic Arabic, able to communicate technical requirements and effectively work with the Saudi military support staff.

LIBRARY TECHNICIAN
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Library Technician for a military contract based in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:

1. Must possess an Associate’s degree in Library Science or have at least 3 years of library experience.
2. Knowledge of a body of standardized library rules, procedures, and operations
3. Related to maintaining the collection, locating information, processing library materials, and assisting clientele with unusual or complex inquiries
4. Knowledge of library operating policies and circulation procedures
5. Familiarity with ready reference sources
6. Understanding of the basic operation of user-access equipment

Please be informed that this is a single-status contract, and your family cannot be included under your iqama. Additionally, if you wish to have your family with you, they must obtain a visit visa and reside off-compound. Kindly note that no housing or transportation allowance will be provided in such cases.
