Science Teacher Position at MAKSON International Academy

MAKSON International Academy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Ensure all students achieve learning objectives and have equal opportunities.
- Attain high standards in work and conduct, maintaining professionalism.
- Build respectful relationships with students and uphold professional boundaries.
- Collaborate effectively with learners, parents, staff, and external agencies for the students' best interests.
- Promote and safeguard student welfare.
- Exhibit outstanding teaching practices.
- Monitor and assess student progress, setting challenging learning objectives.
- Engage parents in their child's learning journey.
- Address the needs of diverse students, including those with special educational needs, EAL, or disabilities.

Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a Teaching Qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
- Familiarity with the English National Curriculum or Oxford/Cambridge is desirable.
- Proficient in Computer and ICT skills, including Ms. Office, internet, email, and teaching applications.
- High integrity, professionalism, and organizational skills.
- Dynamic, creative, honest, punctual, reliable, and cooperative.

Work Environment:
- Full-time position located at Phnom Penh Tmei Campus.
- Languages required: English and Khmer.
- Salary is negotiable.
